So what can you do with a bungie cord, couple of hose clamps, a 20' piece of chain link fence top rail, 30 feet of anchor rope, some strap ties and a saws all? You can make a real good
Home Made Redneck Tree Limber Upper. That is good for hurricane season that's what.
